FAQ

How long will it take to receive my product at home?
It usually takes 1 to 2 days to process your order, then 5 to 21 days to deliver it directly to your home.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes of course. We send all over the world.

Do you provide tracking information?

You can directly track your package from our order tracking page.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive soon.

I received a damaged item, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address: elyonscalex@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible or if you wish you will issue a refund.
(Not applicable to promotional items).

I haven't received my order yet, what's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance, and the COVID-19 crisis. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers have with their online orders. If you still wish to be refunded, we can of course cancel the payment, but only if the appeal is lodged within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package.
(Does not apply to discounted items).
PAYMENTS
We only accept payments in Euro. The conversion service simply provides an estimate of the conversion. We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit card: We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards
• Amazon PAY
• PayPal (for frequent payments the PayPal Billing agreement service is also available)
• Bank transfer
SECURITY
All Credit Card and PayPal transactions take place through their platform.
No details about these types of payment will be recorded by our store. We also accept credit cards registered with the 3-D Secure service, and an additional PIN code will be required.
